Krispy Kreme in Avondale

Their cream cheese filled pumpkin donuts are wonderful. Loved it. A new favorite donut.

Ordered raspberry filled donuts tonight received donuts with NO raspberry filling. Also ordered the new Chocolate glazed donuts and received the regular chocolate frosted donuts. Very disappointed 😔. Used to love Krispy Kreme, not anymore.

Krispy Kreme its allways good right? Place was clean, friendly staff. Only down side was not too many options but, they where delicious.

Couldn’t figure out if she was talking to me or to the drive through because she walked away,she didn’t smile or a knowledge me. A little more eye contact would be more professional, i asked for a large iced coffee and gave me a medium

Last three times we have came to this Krispy Kreme either their machine broke or the dont have pretty much anything on their menu. This time we got our doughnuts(without there ones we actually drove here for) it look like someone put their thumb in one of the doughnuts. I don't know why we drive all the way to this one when everytime we leave disappointed.

Don't know what they did to their recipe since closing the one on McDowell/103rd, but I used to love these donuts. They don't taste as good as they used to and leave a film in your mouth, not just on your teeth. I'll continue to go to Fresh Donuts, by Fry's on Watson, in Buckeye.

I love Krispy Kreme. But this location for some reason runs out of supply by 8 pm when their still opened for several hours. And this hasent only happened once it's happened a few times. Other people that were in the store walked out really mad. It's just disappointing when you think there's going to be a wide variety and they only have plain glazed.

With only 1 car infront of us we waited 15 minutes for 1 donut and a specialty iced drink. Tried ordering an oreo drink that was on their sign outside but, they dont make it anymore. When we told the staff they still had a stand alone sign with it on their they stated they know. If you dont make it why advertise it knowingly?! Just lazy if you ask me...When we finally received our order they gave us an iced coffee and the donut. Not even the right drink that I ordered. First and last time at this place. Very disappointed in the service!

Donuts still good, but they were super small

This started as a one star review. Went to the drive thru, and everything I tried to order (raspberry filled, lemon filled, blueberry cake, regular chocolate glazed...all of which were on the menu) so I ordered 4 of the "original chocolate kreme filled" 4 of the kreme filled, 2 boston kreme, and 2 strawberry kreme filled. Get home and have a bunch of dry, hard donuts, none are the chocolate Kreme filled. Go back, request a manager. This really sweet girl comes to the window. Says we don't have the chocolate kreme filled. Funny, since the girl that took my order had no trouble telling me they didn't have anything else 🤷‍♀️ the manager says she probably misunderstood what I was ordering, and she gave us a new batch of donuts that are fresh and 😋. I didn't get her name, but she was great

They do a 4 day promotion, and they are sold out within the first day... these stores are not close together, and I drove half an hour for nothing. Not worth the money, drive, or my time.

Wonderful service for a chain place with friendly staff who are professional and nice. The donuts are great if you like sugar and lots of it. Very rich in sugar flavor so yeah... wasnt for me but if you're into sweets than stop by one of these. They make them fresh at like 6 am and PM but check.

Only gave it a one star because I couldn’t give it anything less, When I went they turned off the lights to the entire building! (To me it looked like they didn’t want customers there) I went after 8 pm, they close at 10, their night crew is very rude!!! No one smiled and there was barely any donuts there, THEY STILL HAD 2 HOURS left.... would never go again

Donuts are good but machine is always out and for some reason it happens to be when they have to make the chocolate glaze donuts on fridays

Krispy Kreme has the best doughnuts out there. They make them fresh in the store and you can see the machines making the doughnuts right in front of you. so they are always fresh. I have never really been a doughnut fan but Krispy Kreme has changed that for me. I love them now.

Whenever I am near, I grab a dozen donuts. Still the best donuts around.

Tried to order online for delivery. Location delivered wrong order even though the receipt attached was correct. Ordered 2 dozen and received wrong 1 dozen. Website advises to contact store for delivery issues. Store never answers phone and their phone mailbox is full. No one checks messages at this location. Terrible location.

I had a great experience. I wanted a cake donut and they were out, I asked for an original donut and a drink. It was on the house, I paid nothing because they were sorry they didn’t have what I wanted. That’s amazing customer service!

The New Jersey Krispy Kreme off NJ Turnpike heading to New York is much better.

I placed the order last night for delivery next morning to give Petsmart and Banfield a happy boost to start a busy Saturday. Donuts were delicious and the coffee was devin. Fantastic customer service. Will definitely order again.

The donuts are always outstanding. The service is good. I would come here more often if the prices weren't so outrageously high for donuts

I gave it 2 stars only because the location is convenient. That is really it!I went in at 6:40 AM today and it was just a horrible experience! The woman taking orders is extremely slow, and must not really listen while someone is ordering... I had to repeat myself at least 3 times each item. When I got to the window the order was still not correct. So, I waited another 5 minutes at the window. There is no greeting, no smiles, nothing! When I got to work and opened the box, I saw that the donuts were all skinny and looked hideous. Good thing I got the 6.99 deal, because they are NOT worth a penny more. Stick to other donut shops everyone! Krispy Kreme is not as good as they once were. Very disappointing!

Hadn't had them in ages...they're still fresh and delicious as I remembered.

They must have been short staffed because I waited 10 minutes to order with only 2 cars in front of me that had already ordered. After ordering, I waited another 3-4 minutes at the window to pay and wasn't greeted to acknowledge me or to ask for a moment to gather my items. I did only see two employees, so this could have contributed to the wait. When greeted, the young lady was pleasant.

Gotta love these doughnuts, especially when they hot off the line. My children had a blast watching them get created right before their eyes.

Closing at 5 PM due to an 8 PM curfew makes no sense

Four times that we went to get glazed donuts. Even when they have available to order in their websites, they still said that they were out of it.Pretty sure, managers or owners telling workers to stop doing the free glazed. Pfft.🤔I heard the one in Bell road has a nicer crew.

Walked in at 9:30am and they had no doughnuts although the light was as on. Asked the kid at the front who had the personality of a box when they would have more. He replied not until 11 or 11:30. That’s like Pizza Hut being out of pizza. It doesn’t make sense.

They closed at 5:30pm... This info wasn't given when I called asking about the hours of operation. I pulled up only to be greeted by the person still at the store. the sign they had posted was not visible immediately but I was grateful that person still at the store informed me immediately upon pulling up.

I walked into this DONUT store on 11/23 a Saturday morning at 8am. They literally had 4 donuts in the entire case. I wondered why there were more people walking out than walking in when I arrived. Figured it out pretty quickly. This can only be attributed to very poor management. How can a donut store be out of donuts on a Saturday morning? Isn’t that their gig? I went up the street to Frys and bought 2 dozen. The grocery store figured out how to make donuts.

It was so happy in there and the donuts, wow!!I had a hard time deciding which to buy...I am so glad that I now know where a Crispy Creme is at........

Came in told me my coupon code was for by one get one and that's not what the manager said couple weeks ago so we bought one and got one and the free glazed didnt even have any glaze on them brought this to there attention and they said that those are the freshest ones they had. Very disappointed wont be going back. Cant deal with the foolery and dissatisfaction. I'm totally disappointed.

Went to the Avondale location last night, really wanted to try the new lemon glazed donuts however noticed though the window the kids working in there where were not using good health practices. Only one person had on gloves. And they did not have on masks. Saw them 3 workers standing 2 feet apart in a circle talking over a open box of doughnuts. Then give the doughnuts out the window to a customer. Krispy Kreme you really let me down. I had to pass on my favorite food

Ordered, drove up to collect my donut and coffee ...looking into the drive thru window at the amount of food on the floors, not swept, no clean, no gloves or mask on employees.... I drove off and went to Dunkin! Yikes!

The sign says order online to skip the drive thru line and pick up in the store, well that doesn't work when they wont unlock the doors or answer the phone. They just sit there and look at you waiting at the door, they are lazy and do not want to work.

You guys should be ashamed lining all those kids up outside during a deadly global pandemic. Employees weren't wearing gloves or masks either.

Everyone needs to go here at least one time in the life! Best doughnuts in the world (so far for me anyway). Try to go there in the evening when the doughnuts are fresh off the machine.

Great fresh donuts but service lacks.

Bad customer service.. good donuts. 1 star are for the donuts. Also they were out of glazed donuts.. isn't that like the original recipe. Like going to KFC and being out of chicken.
